On June 23-25, a Lviv sitting of the Ukraine-NATO Interparliamentary Council (UNIC) was held. Mykhailo Gonchar, President of the Centre for Global Studies Strategy XXI, took part in the sitting. 

The meeting is being held with the participation of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy, the President of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Madeleine Moon, co-chairs of the Ukraine-NATO Interparliamentary Council R. Andriichuk and Hanna Hopko, the Head of the Permanent Delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the NATO PA O. Yurynets as well as delegates of the deputation  A.Kozhemiakin, A.Levus, I.Lutsenko; Borys Tarasiuk (MP), members of delegations to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly from 12 countries of the world, the Vice-Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Ivanna Klympush-Tsyntsadze, the Minister for  Veterans Affairs of Ukraine Iryna Friz, and representatives of the OSCE Special  Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the NATO Representation to Ukraine and others.

On June 17, 2019 in Brussels, the Third Energy Panel of the Eastern Partnership (EaP) was organized by the DG Energy, European Commission.


Центр глобалістики «Стратегія ХХІ» взяв участь у четвертому всеукраїнському ЕКОФОРУМІ-2019 під назвою «ЕКОБІЗНЕС в Україні – 2019», проведеному Національним освітнім центром і «ЕКОБІЗНЕС» 22 квітня 2019 року у Києві, Україна.

Центр глобалістики "Стратегія ХХІ" взяв участь у зустрічі Віце-прем`єр-міністра з питань європейської та євроатлантичної інтеграції України Іванни Климпуш-Цинцадзе з громадськими організаціями, які працюють у сфері євроінтеграції. Темою зустрічі було оновлення Додатка 27 (щодо енергетики) до Угоди про асоціацію між Україною та ЄС.  


Centre for Global Studies Strategy XXI participated in the conference “Romania-Ukraine: Building the Present, Working for the future, Learning from the Past”, organized by the Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Studies (Ukraine), the Diplomacy Academy of Ukraine and the New Strategy Center (Romania) on April 18, 2019 in Kyiv. The participants of the conference estimated the bilateral and regional cooperation, security challenges in the Black Sea region and consequences of Russian militarization of Crimea.

On March 19, 2019 in the premises of V.I. Vernadskii Taurida National University, shifted from the annexed Crimea in Kyiv, an international conference "Putin's wars in Eastern Europe: Post Crimean reality", was held. International conference was organized by the Centre for Global Studies Strategy XXI in partnership with V.I. Vernadskii Taurida National University and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Office in Ukraine. 

On 19 March, 2019 in Kyiv, Centre for Global Studies Strategy XXI in cooperation with V.I.Vernadskii Taurida National University with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Ukraine Office organized the international conference "Putin's Wars in Eastern Europe: Post-Crimean Reality". The consequences of Russian occupation of Crimea and Russia's aggression against Ukraine for European security, the current situation in Eastern Europe and new hybrid threats for the countries of the region, as well as possible ways to counter the Russian hybrid war, were discussed by the participants during the discussion.

On February 21, 2019 in Kyiv, the Centre for Global Studies Strategy XXI organized with the support of the Embassy of Romania in Ukraine an event "EU's Focus on the Black Sea Region and Ukraine. Priorities of the Romanian Presidency in the EU Council". The event was attended by Hanna HOPKO, Head of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, H.E. Cristian-Leon ȚURCANU, Ambassador of Romania to Ukraine, H.E. Hugues MINGARELLI, Ambassador, Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, Alexander VINNIKOV, Head of the NATO Representation to Ukraine, Mykhailo GONCHAR, President of the Centre for Global Studies Strategy XXI, Vitalii Martyniuk, Acting Executive Chief of the Strategy XXI, representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and civil society.
