Biography:

Retired naval officer. From 2003 and until occupation of Crimea by Russia  – Head of information projects at the Analytical Center "Nomos" (Sevastopol), deputy chief editor of the journal «Black Sea Security». Associated expert of Centre for Global Studies "Strategy XXI" in 2015-2016.

Member of the Coordination Council at the NATO-Ukraine Civic League.
