The Center for Global Studies "Strategy XXI", in cooperation with the Czech-Taiwanese project Sinopsis, publishes the Newsletter dated October 27, 2025. In the upcoming five-year plan, Beijing wants to further strengthen the development of modern technologies - they are intended to become a key element of China's national identity.
