The monitoring was conducted within the project "Promoting Security in the Black Sea region through Greater Engagement of Non-Governmental Organizations", supported by the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation, a project of the German Marshall Fund of the United States.
Based on it, the Center for Global Studies "Strategy XXI" has summarized the main trends and informed key stakeholders about new challenges, threats and signs of deterioration of the security situation in the Black Sea region.
Conclusions of the monitoring and recommendations are set out in this policy paper.
