The Third World War... Will it happen? Is it already in progress? Everyone gives their own answer to this question. This issue of the journal is an attempt to help with the answer. For us, Ukrainians, it is quite obvious - Russia's war to the West was declared by the Russian leader in Munich in 2007. And then the progressive algorithm of aggression began to work - Georgia-2008, Ukraine-2014, Syria - 2015.
Attempts to "redefine success of Ukraine", as suggested by some former American high-ranking officials, practically boil down to forcing Ukraine to sit down at the negotiating table with the aggressor and the subsequent algorithm of a pseudo-peaceful settlement in the spirit of Munich-38. This path is murderous not only for Ukraine, but also for the West in general and the USA in particular.
