In the current issue of journal, which dates back to the 70th anniversary of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), we have prepared a wide variety of researches both in the Black Sea region and beyond. Against the backdrop of a dangerous tendency towards a dysfunction of the collective West, the actual surrender of Europe to Russian expansion, NATO remains the only organization of Western civilization in confronting the hybrid aggression of Russia. Therefore, the Alliance is constantly in the sight of the Kremlin. Like those involved in promoting cooperation with NATO in different countries seeking to join the Alliance.
With the support of the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation / The German Marshall Fund of the United States and the British Embassy in Ukraine, we made a special emphasis on Ukraine's cooperation with NATO in the year of the 70th anniversary of the Alliance and the 25th anniversary of Ukraine's accession to the Partnership for Peace Program.
